Advanced Data Systems Corporation (ADS) of Maywood NJ and Medflow, Inc. of Charlotte NC have announced a partnership to bring comprehensive electronic health records (EHR) automation to ophthalmology practices of every size.
ADS is a provider of practice management systems and electronic medical records; the company’s MedicsPremier and MedicsElite solutions automate medical practices with electronic claims, billing, EDI, scheduling, reports, collections and more.
While ADS’ own MedicsDocAssistant EHR is excellent for numerous specialties, Ophthalmology’s needs are very specific and detailed, hence the partnership with Medflow, which brings total state-of-the-art Ophthalmology EHR capabilities to practices in a “best of breed” EHR / PM collaboration with ADS.
The Medflow EHR is Ophthalmology-specific, with Ophthalmology being the only specialty focused on by Medflow. The Medflow system is incredibly complete and comprehensive with Ophthalmology image management, glaucoma summaries, IOP graphs, visual field analysis, LASIK, optical shop management and much more.
