Iatric Systems, Inc. announced recently that its Meaningful Use Manager, which received initial certification June 15, 2011, has now expanded its certification with its new Clinical Quality Measures (CQM) component. The Clinical Quality Measures component, which provides Numerator/Denominator values and submission for the 15 Meaningful Use Quality reports, was certified as an EHR Module on September 1, 2011, by the Certification Commission for Health Information Technology (CCHIT), an ONC-ATCB, in accordance with the applicable hospital certification criteria adopted by the Secretary of Health and Human Services. The 2011/2012 criteria support the Stage 1 Meaningful Use measures required to qualify eligible providers and hospitals for funding under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA).

Iatric Systems Meaningful Use Manager with the Clinical Quality Measures component was certified as an EHR Module, certification number CC-1112-290560-17. This EHR Module is 2011/2012 compliant and was certified by an ONC-ATCB on September 1, 2011, in accordance with the applicable certification criteria adopted by the Secretary of Health and Human Services. The certification criteria that were met include 170.306(i). This certification does not represent an endorsement by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services or guarantee the receipt of incentive payments.
Clinical Quality Measures is offered as a component of Meaningful Use Manager, which received ONC-ATCB certification in June 2011. Meaningful Use Manager is a tool that can be used to track progress against meeting Meaningful Use criteria for Stage 1. Meaningful Use Manager with Clinical Quality Measures from Iatric Systems provides reporting capabilities that allow hospitals to electronically submit calculated quality measures for attestation in accordance with Meaningful Use standards and implementation specifications.
