Enabledoc EHR has achieved 2011/2012 Complete EHR ONC-ATCB Certification, which designates that the software is capable of supporting providers with Stage 1 meaningful use measures required to qualify for funding under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA). Enabledoc EHR was certified on September 23, 2011 under ICSA Labs’ ONC-ATCB Electronic Health Record program and is compliant in accordance with the criteria adopted by the Secretary of Health and Human Services.
“Achieving Complete EHR ONC-ATCB Certification is another part of our effort to make our advanced clinical and practice management technology cost effective for group practices through federal incentive payments,” said Stephen Rothschild, CEO of EnableDoc. “Our service offers speech recognition, medical billing, personalized rules engine, communications portal, labs, and many other features that take Meaningful Use to a new level.”
ICSA Labs, an independent division of Verizon, offers vendor-neutral testing and certification testing. Its electronic health record certification and testing program provides verification that the certified EHR technology supports meaningful use, as well as helps health care organizations protect sensitive and private patient information.
