Arcadia Solutions, a national healthcare consultancy and subsidiary of Marquette Technology Companies, announced today that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire the assets of Concordant, Inc. The company, operating as Arcadia Solutions, will merge the two companies to fill the gaps in the ambulatory healthcare IT market in the United States.
“Concordant’s reputation is built on a 10-year legacy of successfully providing Electronic Health Records (EHR) implementation, adoption and support services for over 2,500 practices. The company’s methodologies, services and people are a great fit and we are very excited to have them join the Arcadia team,” said Seth Henry, Founder and President of Arcadia. “Four years ago we set out to become the premiere Ambulatory EHR healthcare consultancy in the nation. We believe the unique combination of Arcadia and Concordant will result in the achievement of that goal.”
“We are very excited to become part of Arcadia. This merger will boost our joint capabilities in a market where there are scarce resources to help organizations in a world increasingly driven by integrated care delivery and quality outcomes,” said Chris Harding, CEO of Concordant. “With the addition of Concordant, Arcadia Solutions is poised to become a true leader and immediately have an impact within the healthcare industry.”
